And let's not forget about the bathrobes – I felt so pampered!

If I had to nitpick, I would say that I personally didn't enjoy the kettle in the room. However, I understand that some guests might find it convenient.

The hotel offered great value for money and the rooms were well-equipped with ample amenities. Its location was also convenient and easily accessible to key places in the city. the hotel provided a complementary breakfast with a good selection of food that satisfied our taste buds.

There were some downsides to our stay. The walls were thin enough to hear the sounds from the neighbourhood, and our “do not disturb” sign was ignored by the hotel staff.

The parking service was very useful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They let us have breakfast before the normal time because we were taking an early flight. The room was comfortable and the standards were high. The location was excellent, close to main attractions and bazaars. Valet and free parking were a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and nicely furnished.

Our stay was amazing, the hotel was nestled in a great location in the heart of the city, only a stone's throw away from the bustling market and a short walk straight down the main road to reach the marina. the port is very close, making it perfect for sightseeing. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was remarkable and offered a lot of variety.

The staff's lack of English skills made it somewhat tough to communicate at times.

I had a great experience at Susuzlu Atlantis in İzmir. Although the staff's English was limited, they still made an effort to be helpful. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, offering a big and relaxing space. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to Basmane Gar and the Metro, which made it convenient for visiting other cities. We took a train to Selçuk to explore Ephesus for less than 20 liras. And let's not forget the highlight - the breakfast was fantastic! Kudos to the hotel for providing such a great start to the day.

The hotel had great WIFI and the TV was of excellent quality and had a good variety of channels. The breakfast was decent with tasty french fries. Plus, the hotel was located close to transportation hubs making it easy to take buses and metros to other cities. the hotel was very affordable.
